Using This Website

This website provides general information about appliance repair, installation, and maintenance. Content, including guides, cost discussions, and troubleshooting articles, is educational and is not a diagnosis of your specific appliance. Faults involving gas, electricity, water, or sealed refrigerant systems should be assessed in person before any repair decision.

Booking and Pricing

All service is booked by phone. We diagnose the appliance first and provide an upfront price for your approval before repair work begins. No repair is performed without your go-ahead. Prices quoted for a specific diagnosed fault apply to that fault; if a visit reveals a different or additional problem, we will explain it and quote it separately before proceeding.

Appointments and Access

We agree on an arrival window when you book. An adult should be present during the visit, with clear access to the appliance and to shutoff valves and breaker panels where relevant. Pets should be secured for safety.

Emergency Service

Our 24/7 line covers urgent situations such as active leaks, sparking appliances, gas smells, and refrigerators that have stopped cooling. If you smell gas or see a fire risk, leave the area and contact emergency services or your gas utility first, then call us.

Brand names mentioned on this site, including on our Brands We Service page, belong to their respective owners. We are an independent repair service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by appliance manufacturers.

Limitations
